The Examining Authority will examine all relevant issues before submitting its report to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.</p><p> </p><p>As the decision to grant or refuse consent to an application for development consent is quasi-judicial, it would not be appropriate for my Rt. Hon.
